Our Return Promise

We offer 15-day returns from the date of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. For hygienic reasons, baselayers and socks cannot be returned unless defective.

Adventure-Ready Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and items for return
  2. Receive Authorization: Our gear specialists will reply within 24-48 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack Your Gear: Include the original packaging and all tags (we recommend using the original shipping box)
  4. Ship It Back: Send to our Memphis headquarters using a trackable service (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
  5. Inspection & Processing: Allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for processing

Exchange Process

Need a different size for your ski midlayer or cycling jersey? Follow the same steps as returns, but specify “EXCHANGE” in your email and include:

  • Preferred size/color (check current stock on our website)
  • Whether you’d like to cover any price differences

We’ll ship your exchange via standard shipping once received (expedited shipping available for additional fee).

Refund Information

Once your return is approved:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Original payment method (credit cards: 5-10 business days to appear, PayPal: 2-3 business days)
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)

International Returns

For orders outside the US:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
  • Allow additional 7-10 days for international return processing

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the highest standards for all our adventurers, these items cannot be returned unless defective:

Defective or Incorrect Items
